Who We Are The Sunburst Community Service Foundation is a non-profit organization that was established in 1995 by local community members. The foundation is recognized by the Interal Revenue Serice as a tax-exempt 501(c)(3) organization and contributions are tax deductible. The Foundation's work is supported through contributions from organizations, individuals and grant funding. The Sunburst Foundation is dedicated to providing quality services to promote children's safety in the home, strengthen families and make the arts more accessible to residents of the community. Our goal is to make the communities in which the Sunburst Foundation operates healthier and more vital places for people to live in.
